No FREE Lunch

Although it is often heard, “there is no such thing as a free lunch,” there is a way to get FREE groceries.  OK, what’s the catch?

The “catch” is; you can have an opportunity to feed the hungry!  I once read a poem about a lady who wanted a house right on a busy street so when hungry people passed by they would be attracted to the aroma of her good cooking and turn aside for a meal.  Now, cooking for a bunch of people you don’t even know may not be your cup of tea but just think of the possibilities, if only you had access to free food!

Food – it’s an emotional word.  Good food may bring happy holiday memories, good friends, family, lively conversation, caring, laughter, happy times or it can evoke a sad memory, comforted by the kindness of a gift of food.

As much as we enjoy a good home cooked meal surveys show that shopping for food is one of our greatest dislikes.  It can be a real hassle!  Add to this, the uncertainty of ever-rising prices in the check-out line and at the gas pump (I forgot to mention there is also FREE gasoline.)

Last week, while in the dairy section of my local market I overheard a young woman with a child in her grocery cart complaining, “if, these prices don’t go down, I’ll be in the poverty line.”  That’s when it hit me -- the real power of my business.  Sure, I can get free groceries for my household and earn money, but this opportunity is so big, I can feed the hungry too.  Summer is coming and every year children go hungry when they have no school lunch programs.  I wonder, how many lives can we touch while networking to grow our businesses?

Up for the challenge?  Get FREE food for your house and feed some hungry folk too!  To learn more please see http://www.jansbiz.com Hope you will join with me in this effort.
